Mid Autumn @ Braddell Heights

Taiji teaches us the value of balance, not only in our movements but in our lives.
Taiji reminds us of the importance of harmony, not only within ourselves but within our community.

We are grateful to have had the opportunity to share an evening with the warm-hearted community of Braddell Heights.
Mid Autumn festival represents the coming together of loved ones and JunWu found a special bond with the community of Braddell Heights as we shared not only the physical beauty of Taiji but also the insights it brings. Just like the moon that shines brightly in our night sky, the practice of Taiji encourages us to cultivate our inner light and balance. It reminds us that like the phases of the moon, our lives are ever-changing, and finding harmony within ourselves is an ongoing journey.

This performance is also an unique event for us; we had tons of fun during the event from the lantern riddles to enjoying the dance and musical performance from other groups, and of course, immersing in our own performance of Yang Style 24 Fist form, HuaWu Fan, Chen Style Sabre and Broadsword.

As the moon cast its gentle light upon us that evening, we hope our performance served as a reflection of the unity and tranquility we wish for all in our community. May the harmony we shared continue to resonate in our hearts, long after the festival has passed.
